This page describes the narrow misuse boundaries HookFix currently enforces for unlawful activity, abusive account behavior, billing or entitlement misuse, and attempts to interfere with the service.
What this policy covers
This Acceptable Use Policy explains the narrow categories of misuse that HookFix does not allow when you use the website, app, support flow, billing surfaces, or related account access.
This first-pass policy is intentionally limited to the actual HookFix product risks that exist today. It does not create a broader moderation or enforcement program beyond what the current product can support.
Lawful use only
You must not use HookFix for unlawful conduct, fraud, deception, harassment, or other activity that violates applicable law or the rights of other people or organizations.
You remain responsible for how you use any AI-generated output after it leaves HookFix, including whether your use complies with platform rules, advertising standards, intellectual-property obligations, and other legal requirements.
Account and access abuse
You must not impersonate another person, create accounts for abusive purposes, share access in ways that bypass the intended product model, or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to another user account or HookFix system.
You must not attempt to interfere with authentication, session handling, support workflows, or any other account-control mechanism that protects the service or its users.
Product, billing, and entitlement misuse
You must not try to bypass free or paid usage limits, exploit billing flows, trigger unauthorized refunds or charge reversals, or abuse plan packaging in ways that conflict with the live HookFix product rules.
You must not probe, overload, or intentionally misuse HookFix systems in a way that increases service cost, reduces availability, or creates avoidable operational or security risk.
Scraping, reverse engineering, and automated abuse
You must not scrape, bulk extract, copy, or republish HookFix content or output at scale beyond what applicable law clearly allows.
You must not reverse engineer, probe, or automate against HookFix in a way that attempts to discover hidden implementation details, abuse model behavior, or degrade the service for other users.
How HookFix may respond
HookFix may limit, suspend, or restrict access when use appears abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, harmful to the service, or inconsistent with these rules.
HookFix may also preserve the minimum records reasonably needed for security, billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling when misuse is investigated.
