HookFix Terms of Service
Last updated: March 27, 2026
HookFix is a creator-assist product for generating and improving short-form video hooks. These baseline Terms describe how the current product can be used, how paid access works at a high level, and the limits of HookFix's responsibilities.
Using HookFix
These Terms of Service govern your use of the HookFix website, application, billing surfaces, and related support experiences.
By using HookFix, you agree to use the product only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not abuse the service, interfere with other users, or attempt to bypass product, billing, or usage limits.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your account and for keeping access to your email and sign-in methods secure.
You must provide accurate information when using HookFix and must not impersonate another person or organization.
AI-generated output
HookFix provides AI-assisted hook suggestions for creator workflows. Generated output may be incomplete, repetitive, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended use.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish or rely on any generated content.
HookFix does not guarantee originality, non-infringement, legal suitability, platform-policy compliance, or business results from AI-generated output.
Before using generated text in a professional, commercial, or audience-facing context, you should independently review whether it is accurate, appropriate, and safe for your use case.
Your content
You keep responsibility for the text, prompts, and other material you submit to HookFix.
You give HookFix the limited rights needed to process that content in order to operate the service, including generating results, saving history and favorites, supporting your account, and improving reliability and abuse prevention.
Paid plans and billing
HookFix offers free and paid subscription-backed access. Paid billing is processed by Stripe.
Paid subscriptions renew according to the plan you choose unless you cancel through the available billing-management path.
Current pricing, plan limits, and subscription access depend on the live product configuration and the billing flow shown to you at checkout.
Cancellation and plan changes
If billing management is available on your account, you can cancel a paid subscription through the Stripe billing portal linked from the HookFix account area.
Cancellation, renewal timing, refund handling, and billing disputes may involve separate billing-policy rules that HookFix can publish or update outside these baseline Terms.
Availability and changes
HookFix may change, improve, limit, suspend, or remove parts of the service over time, including usage limits, plan packaging, and product features.
We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent access to any specific feature, or that every generation request will succeed.
Acceptable use
You must not use HookFix to violate applicable law, interfere with the security or operation of the service, scrape or reverse engineer the product beyond what law permits, or attempt to misuse billing, account, or entitlement systems.
HookFix may suspend or restrict access if use is abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful to the service or other users.
See the Acceptable Use Policy for a more specific description of the current HookFix misuse boundaries.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HookFix is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without guarantees that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.
HookFix is not responsible for business, creator, publishing, professional, or commercial outcomes that result from your use of the service or from reliance on AI-generated output.
